Fingerprint Profiles
Fingerprint profiles make a browser session look internally coherent across rendering, navigator, device, locale, and network signals. Clawbrowser manages these profiles at the browser runtime layer.
Covered surfaces
A realistic profile aligns canvas, WebGL, audio, fonts, screen dimensions, timezone, locale, navigator fields, WebRTC behavior, and other browser identity surfaces.
Anti-bot systems usually detect mismatches across surfaces, not just a single bad user-agent value.
Reuse profiles for continuity
For logged-in accounts, reuse the same profile ID so cookies, storage, and browser identity remain stable across runs.
clawbrowser start --session account-a -- --fingerprint=fp_account_a --country=US https://example.com
clawbrowser start --session account-a -- --fingerprint=fp_account_a https://example.comRotate when the workflow allows it
For scraping, testing, and monitoring jobs, rotating across separate profiles can reduce repeated-session patterns. For accounts, stable identity is usually safer than aggressive rotation.
